Fieldnote
The workspace for B2B sales teams

Your team's calls, emails and deals, turned into what to do next.

Fieldnote reads everything your team has said and sent. It drafts your replies, preps your meetings, checks your pipeline against what buyers actually said, and writes a playbook ranked by what closed.

No prompts. The work is done before you open it.

Read-only to start. Connects to the tools your team already uses.

The problem

Your team already knows how to win. It's scattered across five tools.

The best answer to every objection was said on a call last month. The reason a deal stalled is sitting in an inbox. The CRM says what reps typed in, which is rarely what happened.

CallsHundreds of hours nobody will rewatch.
EmailWhat buyers actually said, spread across every rep's inbox.
CRMStages that say Commit when buyers have only said “interested.”
PlaybookWritten once, a year ago, and never updated.

Reply with what won.

Each buyer email comes with what it means for the deal, and a reply drafted from the answers that closed similar deals.

  • Knows the CFO meeting is the step your won deals had
  • Suggests the right attachment, like the payback summary
  • Logs the reply to Salesforce when you send

Thursday at 2 works for Marcus. Can you send the payback summary ahead of time?

F
What this means
Dana booked the CFO. Deals with the CFO on a call before the proposal won 41% of the time, versus 14%.
Drafted by Fieldnote from what won
Hi Dana,

Thursday at 2 is booked. I have attached a one-page payback summary based on your $40K a month in late fees, so Marcus can review it ahead of time.

Answers you can check.

The answers your deals need are written before you ask. When you do ask about a deal, a competitor or an objection, every answer shows the sources it searched, the steps it took, and the calls it came from.

  • Ranks answers by what actually moved deals
  • Flags what lost, like a big discount to sign now
  • Opens the playbook page behind every answer
A buyer is freezing spend until Q1. What do I say?
F
Show it pays for itself inside the quarter, using their own late fees. That kept the deal moving in 9 of 13 calls this month.

Avoid a big discount to sign now. That lost 5 of 6 times.

Deals and forecast

A pipeline that matches what buyers said.

Fieldnote checks every deal against the four things your won deals almost always had, and shows where Salesforce is more hopeful than the evidence.

  • Drag deals between stages, Salesforce updates
  • Commit backed by evidence, by rep, week over week
  • A record page for every deal, written from its calls and emails

A fair question

Chat AI answers questions.
Fieldnote does the job.

ChatGPT, Claude and Slack agents are powerful, but they wait for you to ask, start from zero each time, and hand the work back to you. Fieldnote has the work done before you open it.

Your data

Built to be trusted with sales data.

Read-only by default

Nothing is written to your CRM or sent to a buyer until you turn it on.

You approve every send

Drafts stay drafts. Every change shows its source, and anything can be undone.

Your data stays yours

Never used to train AI models. Delete everything whenever you want.

Coaching stays private

Each rep's habits page is theirs. Managers see team patterns, never a scorecard.

Design partners

Build Fieldnote with us.

We're looking for five sales teams to shape the product. You get a working workspace on your own data and a direct line to the people building it.

  • A 2-week pilot on your own calls, emails and deals
  • We do the setup with you
  • A weekly review with the founder
  • Design partner pricing if you keep it

A good fit: B2B teams with 10 to 100 sellers, a CRM, a call recorder and email.

Questions

Before you book.

Is Fieldnote available today?

We're onboarding our first design partners now. The live demo runs on example data from a made-up company, so you can click through everything.

What does it connect to?

Salesforce or HubSpot, Gong or another call recorder, Gmail or Outlook, Slack, and Notion or Google Docs.

Do my reps have to write prompts?

No. Fieldnote reads new calls and emails as they come in and has the drafts, call prep, to-dos and deal checks ready when reps open it. The Agent is there for the odd question, not as the way in.

Does it send emails or change Salesforce on its own?

No. Fieldnote drafts replies and suggests CRM updates. Nothing goes out or changes until a person approves it.

How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes to connect your tools. Fieldnote builds the first version of your workspace within a day.

Who sees what?

Reps see their own deals, inbox and habits. Managers see their team's pipeline and approve playbook changes.

Get started

See Fieldnote on a 20-minute call.

We'll walk through the demo, and you tell us what your team would actually use.
